These terms and conditions apply to all use of the a30 platform (https://a30.live). By registering with or using a30, you agree to these terms in full. We recommend reading them carefully before signing up.

1General Terms

A30 is an international online betting and gaming platform operating under a licence issued by Curacao eGaming. By using the platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are not accessing the platform from a country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You are using this platform for your own personal entertainment purposes.
• You have read and agreed to comply with a30's full Terms & Conditions.

A30 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time and without providing a reason, particularly where there is suspicion of a breach of platform rules.

2Account Registration & Management

2.1 Registration Process

To register with a30, you will need an active mobile number, your date of birth, and a password. All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Registering with false details may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method is a violation of our single-account policy. In such cases, all associated accounts will be closed and any related bonuses will be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. You will need to upload a clear photo of your National ID (NID) or birth registration certificate. a30 may also request a bank statement or other documents if necessary. This verification process is in place to protect you as a user.

2.4 Account Security

Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. a30 will never ask for your password or OTP by phone or message. If anyone requests this information, it is a fraud attempt — report it to a30 support immediately.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

A30 currently supports the following deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 30 seconds to 5 minutes. If a deposit remains pending for more than 30 minutes, please contact support.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Daily deposit limit: ৳1,00,000 (separate limits apply for VIP members)

3.2 Withdrawal Process

KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Once verified, withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes to 4 hours. VIP members benefit from even faster processing times.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳30,000
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳50,000

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. If you wish to withdraw via a different method, additional identity verification steps may be required.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on a30 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If you transact in a foreign currency, it will be converted automatically and exchange rates may apply.

4Betting Rules

4.1 Placing a Bet

Once a bet is confirmed on a30, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless a30 itself voids the bet for a specific reason. Please verify the odds and stake carefully before confirming any bet.

4.2 Odds Changes

Odds in live betting can change rapidly. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed are final. If a technical error causes abnormal odds to be displayed, a30 reserves the right to void the affected bet.

4.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a match is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. If a match is postponed, a30's specific rules will apply — in general, if the match does not resume within the scheduled timeframe, the bet will be voided.

4.4 Artificial Activity Prohibited

Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage using bots, automation software, or any other prohibited method will result in immediate account termination. a30's system is capable of automatically detecting unusual activity.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% Welcome Bonus on their first deposit (up to a specified limit). A voucher code may be required, or the bonus may be credited automatically — check the Voucher section for full details.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus comes with a wagering multiplier (typically 10x to 30x). This means you must place bets totalling a specified multiple of the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 20x requirement means you need to wager ৳10,000.

• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — some games count at a lower percentage.
• Bonus validity periods typically range from 7 to 30 days, depending on the offer.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.

5.3 Promotion Abuse

If a30 determines that a member is abusing the bonus system (for example, using risk-free betting strategies to extract bonus funds), a30 reserves the right to cancel that account's bonuses and withhold any related winnings.

6Account Closure & Suspension

A30 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Terms Violations & Fraudulent Activity
• Attempting to create multiple accounts
• Providing false identity information
• Suspicious violation of anti-money laundering rules
• Deliberate abuse of the bonus system
• Court Orders or Regulatory Authority Directives

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any available balance (subject to applicable conditions).

7Responsible Gaming

A30 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Betting is for entertainment — not a source of income. The following tools are available free of charge to all members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting limits: Set a wagering limit in advance for any given period.
• Cooling-Off Period: For a short break, you can suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself entirely for an extended break.

9Dispute Resolution

If the matter cannot be resolved through the support team, it may be escalated to the Curacao eGaming authority. a30 is bound to comply with any decision made by the licensing authority.

In the event of a dispute over a betting outcome, a30's official records shall serve as the definitive and final evidence.

10Changes to Terms & Their Effect

A30 may update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered mobile number and the updated date will be reflected on this page.

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not wish to accept the changes, please contact support and request account closure.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.
